Utilizing the census to discover the needs of the people and basing government service entirely on the needs and initiatives that are demanded by the facts on the ground.  We need to work across party lines and dissolve the party differences once the data is looked at objectively and independently.  The Forward Party doesn't want to help Democrats, Republicans, or Independents.  We simply want to help ALL Americans in need regardless of party affiliation.  It's just that simple.
